All are invited to join us for this outdoor Halloween carnival. Come and decorate a car and pass out candy, or just come and attend and enjoy an extra opportunity to wear your Halloween costume! We will have games, candy, trick or treating, a costume parade, music and more. Did we mention candy? This event is open to the public and all are welcome.
