We are very excited to bring back the Resource Fair again. Last year we had such strong participation. This year will be bigger and better! This event is about local resources for the queer community. We want to highlight all the businesses, non-profits, organizations, and groups that provide support and resources to our queer community. We are asking organizations to present a meaningful showing, going beyond just giving out stickers and business cards. Be prepared to engage in rich conversations about what you do. We highly encourage getting creative with interactive activities! This will be a curated event with priority given to queer voices and organizations that make a meaningful impact on our community. Organizations that want to show their support of the queer community, but that don't provide services and products that specifically impact or support the queer community may consider being a sponsor of Bozeman Pride or offer in-kind donations that will help our events run smoothly. Registration fee To ensure access to resources are always accessible our registration fees are suggested donations. We greatly appreciate any financial support organizations are able to give. Don't feel this is a maximum either if you have more to give ;) These contributions will help support the expenses of the Resource Fair and Pride. 501c3 Non-profits - no fee Student groups - no fee Businesses with 1-5 employees - $25 Businesses with 6-15 employees - $50 Businesses with 16+ employees - $100 Logistics This event will be outdoors so we ask participating organizations to be prepared for Montana weather (sun, wind, rain, snow, maybe all of the above). Canopy tents are highly encouraged. Booth spaces are 10 x 10' unless otherwise requested. Organizations are responsible for their own setup including bringing tables and chairs as needed. Electricity is not available. This will be an all-age event open to the community, so please ensure all booths and activities are appropriate for everyone.
